Jennifer Davidson

EFT-ADV Practitioner

First of all, a very warm welcome to my home page!

As a qualified practitioner in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a new*, highly effective, method of resolving emotional and physical issues, I work on the phone internationally, as well as in person. I have trained under two of the UK's top practitioners (EFT Masters Sue Beer and Emma Roberts) and work with clients in Zurich, where I am based, as well as in London and in the States.

I offer EFT Workshops and private sessions in Zurich / Zollikon and in London.

***NEXT WORKSHOP***

Sunday May 18, 2008
Zollikon (near Zurich)
10 am to 5 pm.

(see Workshops for more details).

I have helped my clients to date with a wide range of problems, including low self-esteem, anxiety, feelings of frustration, panic attacks, exam nerves, past traumatic memories, fear of flying, migraine headaches, and assorted addictions. I also work with clients with serious diseases such as Parkinson's, chronic fatigue syndrome, muscular dystrophy, and cancer.

I take enormous pleasure in helping people identify and release emotional blocks and limiting beliefs, so they can feel freer, happier, healthier, and more empowered. My aim is always for the sessions to be both effective and enjoyable: a wonderful feature of EFT is how humor can come into play even when dealing with serious issues. As a writer, I am very aware of both the power and nuances of words, which can prove helpful in reframing and illuminating troublesome issues.

Though I am now a passionate advocate for EFT, I was very skeptical when I first encountered it: I did not see how a technique that basically involves tapping on a few points while focusing on a problem could possibly produce any significant effect. After trying it, both on myself and on others—with consistently (and surprisingly swift) positive results—I soon realized that this "too good to be true" technique does in fact more than live up to the claims. Now, after working with some 200 clients, I can say, with ringing confidence: Try It: It Works!

If you're not already familar with the technique, it's entirely normal to feel skeptical.
Please don't let this put you off trying it, however: like many other therapies once considered radical—people were distinctly dubious when the idea of vaccination was first introduced!—it may take a while before it becomes mainstream. In the meantime, if you choose to ignore it, you may never know what you are missing...which would be such a shame!

*Note: while considered novel by many people in the West, EFT— like acupuncture—derives from 5,000 years' worth of Eastern medicine.

PS If you are from the US, it's just possible you may know my voice from my commentaries for National Public Radio®’s All Things Considered. ) Or perhaps you know my book of commentaries, "Stop Smelling My Rose!"? (If not, go to Resources and scroll all the way down.)
